In the central region of Japan called Chubu, a hub for high-tech innovation and industrial cooperation in the natural and applied sciences, can be found Nagoya University. Founded in 1871, it is today one of Japan’s top research institutions. Six Nobel laureates in Physics and Chemistry since 2001 made their discoveries in our laboratories.
