Tokai University
Tokai University is a private university established by Dr. Shigeyoshi Matsumae in 1942 to nurture young people who can contribute to world peace. Tokai University has seven campuses across Japan – from north to south – including Sapporo, Shinagawa, Shonan, Isehara, Shizuoka, Kumamoto and Aso Kumamoto Rinku. Tokai University is a comprehensive university with 23 undergraduate schools ,62 departments and 17 graduate schools. It has a total student population of about 30,000 including 2,300 international students. The University also has five offices abroad: Denmark, U.S.A.(Hawaii), Korea, Thailand, and Russia(Vladivostok), and maintains academic exchange agreements with more than 135 universities and organizations in 40 countries.

Matsumae Shigeyoshi Memorial Fund (Type 1)
This scholarship is intended for privately financed students who have been accepted into our undergraduate course or are already studying at Tokai University. Applicants should have good academic records and personality.
Deduction of School Fee:Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Educational Management Fee and Facility Equipment Fee
Eligibility:Privately financed students who have been accepted into our undergraduate course or are already studying at Tokai University.
Matsumae Shigeyoshi Memorial Fund (Type 2)
This scholarship is intended for privately financed students who have been accepted into our undergraduate course or are already studying at Tokai University, Applicants should have good academic records and the potential to contribute to world peace in the future.
Deduction of School Fee:150,000 yen for 1 semester
Eligibility:Privately financed students who have been accepted into our undergraduate course or are already studying at Tokai University.
